Rustic pasta with ZANAE tomato paste<\/h3><\/div>

What you will need (for 2 people):<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • 1 pack of ZANAE tomato paste 200g<\/li>\n
  • 250g spaghetti<\/li>\n
  • 2 fresh onions<\/li>\n
  • 2 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n
  • 1 green pepper<\/li>\n
  • 1 yellow pepper<\/li>\n
  • 1 red pepper<\/li>\n
  • 25g ouzo<\/li>\n
  • 100g olives<\/li>\n
  • 50g capers<\/li>\n
  • Thyme<\/li>\n
  • Oregano<\/li>\n
  • 100g feta cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    Let\u2019s cook:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. In a pot of boiling water, add salt and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.<\/li>\n
    2. Heat a frying pan and add a little olive oil.<\/li>\n
    3. Chop the fresh onions and garlic into thick slices and saut\u00e9 until they get a nice color.<\/li>\n
    4. Add the bell peppers, chopped into large pieces and stir.<\/li>\n
    5. Once the peppers soften a bit, deglaze with ouzo.<\/li>\n
    6. Add the ZANAE tomato paste, olives, capers, and let the mixture cook in the pan for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.<\/li>\n
    7. Drain the spaghetti and add it hot to the frying pan, mixing well and adding oregano and thyme.<\/li>\n
    8. Stir and serve. Grate feta cheese over the pasta.
