Roasted red pepper spread with ZANAE peppers
Servings: 4-5

Difficulty: Easy
What you will need:
- 1 jar of ZANAE roasted red peppers (drained)
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp cashews (or walnuts)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until you get a smooth, uniform mixture.
- Taste and adjust salt or texture (add a little more olive oil if needed).
- Serve as a spread on bread, dip for breadsticks, or sauce for pasta.
