Pizza with Tomato Paste & ZANAE Roasted Red Peppers

What you will need (for 1 pizza):
- 1 ZANAE tomato paste 200g
- 1 jar of ZANAE roasted red peppers
- Grated mozzarella
- 250g water
- 2g dry yeast
- 375g all-purpose flourς
- salt
- oregano
- olive oil
- sugar
Let’s cook:
- In a bowl, mix water, yeast and sugar with a whisk.
- Add the flour, salt, olive oil and mix with a mixer on medium speed for 15 minutes until the dough is elastic.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 220-230oC with fan assistance.
- Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and spread the ZANAE tomato paste, followed by oregano.
- Finely chop the ZANAE roasted red peppers and add them on top of the pizza.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Kritharoto with ZANAE Concassées and Roasted Red Peppers

What you will need (for 2 people):
- 1 can of ZANAE concassées
- 1 jar of ZANAE roasted red peppers
- 1 onion
- 500g orzo
- 80g grated parmesan
- Pepper
- Salt
- Smoked paprika
Let’s cook:
- Heat a pot on medium temperature, add olive oil and sauté the onion, seasoning with salt until softened.
- Add the orzo and cook until lightly toasted for a few minutes.
- Pour in water, bring to a boil, then reduce to medium heat, stirring regularly until the orzo becomes creamy and cooked, about 10 minutes.
- In a blender, add the ZANAE concassées, roasted red peppers, onion, parmesan, pepper, salt, paprika and blend into a paste.
- Sauté the mixture in a pan and then add it to the orzo, stirring to combine.
