ZANAE Meatballs with mashed potatoes:

What you will need (for 2 people):

  • 2 packs of ZANAE meatballs
  • 500g potatoes
  • 50g butter
  • 50g cream
  • nutmeg
  • salt
  • red pepper

Let’s cook:

  1. First, peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and boil them until they soften.
  2. Once cooled, drain the potatoes well, peel them and mash them into a puree with a whisk or a spoon.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter, add the cream and mix.
  4. Add the butter-cream mixture until the puree is homogeneous.
  5. Finally, add salt, pepper and optionally grate a bit of nutmeg.
  6. Heat the ZANAE meatballs according to the package instructions.
  7. Serve the puree accompanied by the warm ZANAE meatballs.
