Peas with Salsissimo Napoletana & Pork

What you will need (for 3 people):
- 1 Salsissimo Napoletana
- 1kg pork, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 potatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 carrots, cut into chunks
- 500g peas
- Salt
- Pepper
Let’s cook:
- In a pot, add olive oil and brown the pork on all sides.
- Add the onion and potatoes, letting them cook for a few minutes.
- Add water and let the pork simmer for about 45 minutes.
- Then add the peas, carrots, Salsissimo Napoletana and let the dish simmer until both the pork and peas are well softened.
- If needed, add a little more water.
- Towards the end of cooking, season with salt and pepper.
