Velvety Soup with ZANAE Concassées and Carrots

What you will need (for 2 people):
- 2 cans of ZANAE concassées
- 2 finely chopped onions
- Finely chopped celery
- 1kg carrots, sliced thinly
- 250g boiled potatoes, diced
- 5 bay leaves
- 500g cherry tomatoes
- 2 vegetable stock cubes
- Brown sugar
- 250ml milk
Let’s cook:
- In a large pot, add oil, onions, celery and sauté them.
- Add the carrots, potatoes and sauté for a few more minutes.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, ZANAE concassées, vegetable stock cubes, a teaspoon of brown sugar and bay leaves. Let it simmer for 40 minutes.
- Remove the bay leaves and blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Add the milk and more water, if needed, to achieve the desired consistency.
