Greek dakos salad with concassé and red peppers

What you will need :

  •  5 barley rusks
  • 3 tbsp ZANAE concassé
  • 2 ZANAE roasted red peppers (diced)
  • 50 g feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Lightly moisten the rusks with a little water.
  2. Spread the ZANAE concassé on top.
  3. Add the roasted red peppers, feta, and capers.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
