Greek dakos salad with concassé and red peppers

Difficulty: Easy
What you will need :
- 5 barley rusks
- 3 tbsp ZANAE concassé
- 2 ZANAE roasted red peppers (diced)
- 50 g feta cheese (crumbled)
- 2 tsp capers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Lightly moisten the rusks with a little water.
- Spread the ZANAE concassé on top.
- Add the roasted red peppers, feta, and capers.
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
