Stuffed mushrooms with eggplant spread and ZANAE red peppers

What you will need :
- 4 Portobello mushrooms
- 3 tbsp ZANAE eggplant spread
- 2 ZANAE roasted red peppers (diced)
- 50 g feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Mix the eggplant spread with the red peppers, feta, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Clean the mushrooms and fill them with the mixture.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
- Bake in an airfryer for 10–15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
