Stuffed mushrooms with eggplant spread and ZANAE red peppers

What you will need :

  • 4 Portobello mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp ZANAE eggplant spread
  • 2 ZANAE roasted red peppers (diced)
  • 50 g feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix the eggplant spread with the red peppers, feta, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and fill them with the mixture.
  3. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  4. Bake in an airfryer for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
